I am currently Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at Direct ChassisLink, Inc. headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. I was previously a Director in PwC's Industrial Products practice based in the Carolinas market. I have over 14 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to both public and privately held companies across a wide range of industries in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS.I have worked with clients within the industrial products, technology, information processing and computer software, and pharmaceutical sectors as well as consumer products, and aerospace and defense industries.Throughout my career I have gained extensive experience in working on public equity and debt offerings, accounting technical research, mergers & acquisitions, valuations, impairment analyses and control assessments. I have deep experience with SEC reporting and clients subject to Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which includes working through the initial year of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.In 2017 I completed a tour in the Accounting Services Group within PwC's National Quality Organization (National office) specializing in accounting for business combinations, discontinued operations, segment reporting, goodwill, impairment, consolidation, joint venture accounting, investments accounted for under the equity method, asset retirement obligations, fair value, and restructuring.As part of my tour with the National Office I served as the Emerging Issues Task Force (EITF) Coordinator for PwC, where I monitored standard-setting activities and liaised with subject matter experts to develop PwC’s point of view on the EITF issues. I authored PwC’s “EITF Observer”, a publication released after each EITF meeting providing meeting synopsis and insights. I am a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
