Being an athlete for 20+ years has really given me a strong passion for sports and physical fitness. Obtaining a degree not only in Sports Management but Exercise Science specializing in Athletic Performance has helped grow a new passion of mine which is training athletes to develop motor movements tailored to their sport. This has really sparked a new light in me as I end my own athletic career. Taking athletes and building them to be elite at their sport is a reward in itself. My goal for myself is to build as much knowledge as possible about the the best way for training athletes and sharing my knowledge with others to help them become elite at what they do.
