Reporting jointly to the Dean of the College of Design and Associate Vice President of Development, McKenna directs fundraising initiatives for the third largest academic unit at University of Oregon. She also:- Leads and mentors a team of three full-time professionals, including the Associate Director of Donor Relations, Signature Events Manager, and Dean’s Office Business Coordinator. Additionally, McKenna co-supervises an Associate Director of Development from the Central Advancement team.- Actively manages a complex portfolio of major, planned, and corporate prospects, consisting of both domestic and international relationships.
