Hello! I am a senior double majoring in Physiology and Neurobiology and Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of Connecticut. I have always been passionate about two things: the pursuit of knowledge, and the importance of giving back to others. I am currently pursuing a career as a biological researcher, a field which both combines these two core values and is something I find deeply interesting. As I am also completing an English minor, and have always been a prolific writer, I also hope to use my skills in written communication to help bridge the gap between science and public perception. After completing my bachelors, I intend to pursue a doctoral degree in molecular biology. My ultimate goal is to do work that both helps others and broadens our knowledge of how the world works. I am looking for labs where I will have the opportunity to develop my skills and prepare for my future career. I am well organized, a good problem solver, and a hard worker who applies myself fully to anything I do.
