• Own and/or assist in business-critical projects, process improvement initiatives, and tactical execution of sales operations. Collect, prepare, cleanse, enrich, and harmonize data and perform data analysis, visualization, storytelling and reporting to provide a global view of sales performance and support business decisions. Analyze data to perform root cause analysis and address the source of issues• Review sales activity KPIs, including but not limited to revenue, margins, call logs and CRM adherence. Evaluate work performance of sales representatives. Analyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales. Track findings month over month and report critical discrepancies to corporate executives. • Review sales and service operations process improvement, and manages controls and administrations for specialized software and other functions enabling the department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Point of contact for new hire onboarding system access to develop and maintain user profiles in multiple company systems as well as troubleshoot platform issues.• Develop process and procedure standards for accounts payables. Assign purchase order numbers for all locations and balance across accounts payables ledgers. Perform month-end close procedures, including reviewing reports for accuracy, ensuring proper coding of expenses, reconciling AP sub-ledger, and reconciling vendor accounts.
