With foundations of Biomedical Engineering, manufacturing, medical device startups, and regulatory standards, I am in a unique position to effectively communicate and collaborate with different partners in the medical device arena. I have worked alongside with startups to bring products to market, and helped established companies improve their processes. I love watching our partners succeed, and helping them reach their goals and milestones. I am extremely detail oriented and take pride in the work that I do. I know that my name is tied to everything that I work on, and that people rely on me to make sure that work is correct. I enjoy creative critical thinking and innovative problem solving to best support those around me. Leading and working on cross functional teams, with diverse roles and backgrounds, has enabled me to be more thorough and better understand the way that people work.Change is the only thing that is constant these days, and I lean into it using tools that I have learned over the years. I plan for things that we can control, accommodate for things we can’t, and adapt when situations change. I am a self-starter that is up for a challenge and enjoys learning new things. Because of this I have learned many technical skills that can help products evolve from an idea to a final finished good.
