Work closely with the head varsity coach in developing a strong program with creating dancers who skilled, driven, knowledgable, and hard working. Educate participants on fitness, injury prevention, dance technique, health, and time management. Encourage confidence, self-belief, and teamwork among participants. Represent the Colorado Mammoth and KSE organizations for promotional appearances as well as volunteer and charitable opportunities. Participate in Colorado Mammoth game day and engage with fans and game day staff.

Worked with students who had IEPs with a push-in method. Assisted these students on their school work and helped them remain on task during class.
