Fund Administration Department• Main point of contact for the monitoring and oversight of all funds receiving class action/securities litigation services in various types of litigation, including U.S. style class actions, bankruptcies, antitrust and foreign opt-ins.• Work with vendors to ensure all claim submissions are properly filed and recoveries are deposited correctly to the funds.• Consult with internal counsel and regional teams regarding eligibility in foreign opt-in opportunities ranging in a multitude of jurisdictions.• Paralegal-like ad hoc requests ranging from review/preparation of legal documentation needed for participation (power of attorneys, custodian confirmations and funding agreements/retainers), discovery or reliance information, data reconciliations and obtaining the necessary establishment documents for all global fund complexes. • Experience with vendor conversion and setup.
