I am a recent graduate from Vanguard University with a BA in Communications, emphasis in Emerging Media and Technology. I have taken multiple graphic design classes and have experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator. During the summer of 2022, I completed my internship at Saddleback Church working with the communications team. Through this experience, I learned how to run a public Instagram/Facebook/Twitter account with over 82 thousand followers. I also had the privilege of creating reels and content for the church's social media platforms. In September of 2022, I started working at Vanguard University of Southern California in the Office of Student Engagement. As a marketing director, I created flyers, graphics, social shares, and content to share around Vanguard's campus and on social media. Along with posting flyers, I also photographed school activities and events.In the summer of 2023, I was hired as the social media director/manager at the Musikbox LA in Los Angeles California. This opportunity helped me use my skills to their full capacity and taught me valuable leadership qualities. As a social media director/manager, I created photo and video content, set up weekly posting schedules for social contents, and responded/reacted to comments, direct messages, and questions. Along with this, I used social analytics to strategize different ways of gaining engagement online. I used both my passion for photography and for graphic design to create high quality graphics that shared the company’s values and story. Recently, I started my own photography business, Kenzie.Co or KenzieBelle.Photography. Since starting up, I have been focused on creating content and producing images that share a story and connect with others in a meaningful and authentic way.
