• Execute and plan all On BASE strategies and programs, including the Hometown Nine, Equipment Donation Grants, clinics for young athletes and coaches, and communications with youth baseball and softball leagues to promote diversity and equity in sports.• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to plan and implement the Community Relations communication strategy through promotion on ROOT SPORTS, radio, Mariners Magazines, in-park elements, and the annual Community Report.• Manage all programmatic elements of the Hometown Nine, including Fellow and parent relations, programing and training for 30+ internal staff mentors, player relations, promotion of annual application process, and partner relations with third-party vendors.• Provide oversight for programs and efforts that advance the Mariners social justice commitments including, the Community Impact Grants, employee-lead grant making committees, and relationship-building with influential community partners.• Oversee all Mariners Care digital media and web content, including Twitter, Instagram, Mariners Mail, and landing pages on Mariners.com.• Assist Marketing and Communications in writing Mariners Care or community related news releases, pitches to local and national media outlets, PSA’s and more. • Partner with ROOT SPORTS to execute Mariners Care Charity Night to increase awareness of community outreach and fundraise on behalf of the foundation.

• Launched the On BASE initiative in 2018 to ensure that all youth have access to baseball and softball regardless of income, race, cultural background, or ability.• Transitioned all in-kind donation and grant requests to the online platform, DonationX, to streamline giving efforts and modernize community outreach. • Introduced the first Mariners Care Twitter and Instagram accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.• Managed partnerships with Metro Parks Tacoma, Challenger Little League, Seattle Public Schools, and Mariners Grand Slam Camps to advance equity for marginalized youth in King and Pierce County. • Implemented and oversaw the Equipment Donation Grant program that distributed over $250,000 in funds to 40+ high schools across Washington State. • Supported the Mariners Wives program to implement fundraising for Mariners Care and plan volunteer events with Seattle Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, Cancer Pathways, and more.

-Provide assistance in the front office with donor relations and respond to community requests.-Promote mutually beneficial relationships between the Seattle Mariners and the community on the Seattle Mariners Caravan through elementary school visits and community appearances. -Execute silent auctions to benefit Mariner's Care.

- Assist with day of game ballpark operations and promotions in order to promote memorable experiences at Safeco Field.- Provide office assistance to Ballpark Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Baseball Operations when necessary.- Help execute non-baseball events at Safeco Field such as concerts, private parties, charity auctions, and celebrity softball.- Aid the Community Relations department with silent auctions to beneft Mariner's Care.

- Serve as an office assistant for the Seattle University Athletics Office by developing mutually beneficial relationships with Seattle University fans and donors, and assisting in project development.- Promote an enjoyable day of game for Seattle University fans through tickets sales at men's and women soccer, men's basketball, and baseball.

- Provide day of game assistance with ticket sales for the University of Washington Athletic Department.- Manage the player and recruit lists to help maintain university compliance for University of Washington Baseball.
