Hey there, I’m Kenzi!I’m an Enneagram 1w2, INTJ on the Myers-Briggs Indicator, and my top CliftonStrengths are Responsibility, Analytical, Relator, Achiever, Connectedness - meaning I’m committed to getting the job done the right way, improving processes and finding better solutions, and seeing the big picture and working out the details of how to get there, all while supporting a positive and relational team culture in the meantime. I’m currently working within the field of International Education, where I’m passionate about fostering community and belonging. I find that my work is most meaningful when I can see ways that I am directly impacting students and I’m proud to bring empathy, patience, and humility to every interaction. I'm detail-oriented and enjoy working with data. I think hospitality and a smile are important in every industry. I enjoy the challenge of navigating projects with many moving parts and I can keenly identify pain points within a system and make suggestions for how to improve the process.Outside of work, I love cooking, trying new restaurants, and traveling. In the summer you can find me rafting and soaking up the Colorado sun with my dog, Trout, and my husband, Sam; and in the winter you can find me practicing the mindset of "progress over perfection" by learning to ski as an adult.
