Supported the Director of Performance Integration in the following areas:- Assisted in the day-to-day operations of ISP programs as it pertains to equipment functionality, data collections, data processing and data analysis.- Assisted in design, development, and implementation of novel research protocols using various applied research technologies to assess and develop elite-level baseball talent.- Developed ISP data sets as they pertained to medical, performance, and/or scouting to appropriately integrate ISP data to better assist in identifying potential risk of injury, changes in performance, and identification of future high-level talent.- Maintained knowledge of current scientific literature with a commitment toward evidence-based protocols to ensure we are adapting properly to new scientific developments.- Assisted in the vetting of new companies/technological advances to ensure that we have the proper tools for evaluating and optimizing player performance.- Contributed to the development of a video-based research program used by all affiliates, by cutting video and creating a schedule for tunneling and occlusions vs. batters using UHitt to identify pitch selection and type- Experience with biomechanical equipment - Motion Captures, Force Plates, DARI and Trackman- Engaged in Coding and Statistical Computations using Python, R and SQL- Wrote Multiple Literature reviews regarding the Efficacy of Functional Movement-Screens and Use of Jump Force-Velocity Profiles
