Oriana House is a non-profit community corrections agency that provides services throughout Ohio to help communities and individuals address the issues of addiction and mental health. As a Recruitment Administrator, I was responsible for leading and managing the recruitment, intern, and volunteer processes as well as overseeing the direct supervision of all Recruitment staff. I was also actively involved and was the primary point of contact for facility startups; attended meetings, and was the point of contact regarding open positions.

I was responsible for the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding functions for all treatment candidates for the entire Agency (30+ facilities) as well as the direct supervision of assigned HR staff.

I was responsible for the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding functions for licensed treatment employees for assigned regions as well as the direct supervision of assigned HR staff.

Scheduled and conducted interviews weekly as required by the current number of open positions to ensure a steady flow of candidates and reviewed applications/resumes for potential interviews and/or hires in accordance with Agency objectives.
