Hey! My name is McKenzie, and I am a registered dietitian nutritionist. I am passionate about providing quality nutrition education and interventions to meet individuals where they are at, and tailor my recommendations to best suit their needs which helps make change sustainable. I have a background in athletics after a four year career as a professional athlete, and two years as the Director of Operations for the University of Arizona's Indoor and Beach Volleyball programs. While volleyball does not last forever, athletics has taught me skills that translate to the workforce such as the ability to adapt quickly, ask questions, learn from feedback, implement changes, and work well with others.
