Supervise daily tasks of 11 pharmacy technicians to ensure patients/clinics/hospitals receive their medication for their appointments/treatment. Including filling prescriptions, managing calendar of appointments, confirming patient's appointments, reporting of adverse events, insurance billing practices with a strong emphasis on maintaining excellent customer relations. Coaching/training technicians on company processes and proper procedures to ensure the best customer experience. Involved in the hiring process of technicians and in their annual reviews (setting of goals).Manage inventory for my department, including verification of quantities, removal of expired medications and order products as needed to prevent being out of stock.Provide excellent customer service and have become the go-to person to deal with clients that may require more attention/complaints.Strong comprehension of billing practices and in dealing with insurance companies.Responsible for CCV using the company's strict guidelines/process.
