Past experience advising companies and organizations from large US Government agencies to small and growing businesses in South Africa as they tackle the challenges of translating strategy to operations for execution and scale. Throughout my career, my strength has been breaking down a big idea to ensure all the necessary parts and pieces are in place to execute effectively--in other words, I can see the big picture but I sweat the small stuff.
