I co-founded the business after identifying and validating an opportunity to bring technology to the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investors to manage environmental risk to their asset value to take advantage of a rapidly growing market sector growing revenues from £0 to £2.1 million in the first 18 months of trading. Wrote, implemented and oversaw the company’s business plans, identified investors and pitched the business proposition, successfully raising £5 million in growth funding. Developed the sales and marketing plan, leading business development activates and client negotiations resulting in the following: £2 million multi-year software and services contract with a top 20 global real estate fund manager M&G Real Estate awarded £1.5 million software and service contract with one of the UK’s largest public listed real estate investment manager, British Land plc Paid Pilot with Avia, Blackstone, Land Securities plc, Blackrock, Secured a long term non-exclusive partnership with Deloitte LLP (UK)

Responsible for leading the business and held overall accountability for profit & loss, and cash flow management.Led the conceptualization of one of the UK’s first, cloud-based, health record solutions, partnering with Atos and British Telecommunications.Awarded National Health Service Framework with a contract value of £30M.Prepared the business for sale, identified potential buyers, and successfully negotiated trade sale of the eHealth division to a global data management group.
