The firm partners with organizations to assist in driving organizational strategies and transforming operational effectiveness through leader and employee professional development programs. She is an inspirational leader with extensive strategic planning, project management, change management, workshop facilitation, training delivery and instructional design/curriculum development experience. McKieva is specifically known for capturing the attention of audiences by facilitating programs and delivering training with enthusiasm plus a unique storytelling style designed to engage minds, inspire audiences and transform organizations. She has a way of making training come to life and her compelling delivery style helps participants gain insight from the material, themselves (introspection) and their colleagues/teammates. She is also known for building collaborative partnerships with clients to identify their need and implement customized training initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the organization. As a leader in the community, she serves on the board of directors for the Cobb division of WorkSource Georgia a workforce development agency; the organization’s Planning, Governance and Organizational Development committee which drives the non-profit’s strategic alignment and overall customer experience; and, the regional Individual Training Account (ITA) committee. She is a member of the Shockingly Different Leadership advisory board; a proud alumni of Oglethorpe University; and has earned the Booz Allen Hamilton Master Trainer certification.
