She is an inspirational leader with extensive strategic planning, project management, change management, workshop facilitation, training delivery and instructional design/curriculum development experience. McKieva is specifically known for capturing the attention of audiences by facilitating programs and delivering training with enthusiasm plus a unique storytelling style designed to engage minds, inspire audiences and transform organizations. She has a way of making training come to life and her compelling delivery style helps participants gain insight from the material, themselves (introspection) and their colleagues/teammates. She is also known for building collaborative partnerships with clients to identify their need and implement customized training initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the organization. As a leader in the community, she serves on the board of directors for the Cobb division of WorkSource Georgia a workforce development agency; the organization’s Planning, Governance and Organizational Development committee which drives the non-profit’s strategic alignment and overall customer experience; and, the regional Individual Training Account (ITA) committee. She is a member of the Shockingly Different Leadership advisory board; a proud alumni of Oglethorpe University; and has earned the Booz Allen Hamilton Master Trainer certification.
