Hi, I’m McKinley Smith! I come from a family of health and fitness lovers, therefore I have become one myself! I am a student at BYU-Idaho where I am studying Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology. My goal is to work as a therapist in an eating disorder treatment center. This became my desire due to the struggles I have seen loved ones and others go through. Although I’m in school, I currently work full time as a caretaker for adults with developmental disabilities. I guide them to make healthy choices for meals and occasionally cook for them. I enjoy helping others improve their lives and diets and am excited for further opportunities to do so!
