Hello, my name is McKinley Lee. My work has always revolved around the consumer experience. I have prior experience as a client specialist at a local wedding dress shop. My job was ensuring that each shopper was seen to and their experience was individually crafted for them, as well as marketing through social media. Customer experience at Target was also a focus of mine. My work at the company revolved around ensuring the experience of the guest was intentional at every touchpoint.When it comes to fan experiences, I have participated in a case study to design the fan experience for basketball fans at American Heritage High School. Designing fan experiences is something that I am passionate about. My goal is to work with music venues and musical artists to design both the artist and fan's experience at the venue/concert. As a young girl growing up in Nashville, the passion for music and the culture it creates soaked into me. One of my favorite things to do when I am home is to walk downtown Nashville. As you walk down Broadway, every bar and venue has their windows open and live music is pouring out. I love watching as it brings people from all different walks of life together. Music and venues have an unique opportunity to create lasting memories for people. I hope to continue to cultivate such experiences for others.
