Accomplishments:-Increased the average engagement rate for Delta Disaster Services on Facebook by 590% -Increased the average reach of page posts on Facebook by 1279%Methods:-Changed the look and style of content posted to the Facebook page-Promoted high reach organic content-Experimented with various Facebook advertising methods (paid ads and post boosts)Summary:The main objective was to increase brand awareness for Delta Disaster Services among insurance, property management, and homeowners association industries. Finding the right tactic for Delta Disaster Services required a lot of experimentation. The original posts consisted of images of snow falling with reminders to check water lines that may be freezing. My team and I changed the tactic by creating slideshows of disaster recovery in progress. We used images of commercial and home repair targeting different audiences for each. Each of these images would have tips for winterizing homes and preventing fires during the holidays.Once the right kind of content was found, the reach and engagement increased drastically. The highest performing organic content was selected to be boosted over two weeks to further increase brand awareness. Most of the reactions occurred from the audience sharing the content.
