In my role, I took charge of redesigning the onboarding experience for the ALTR product. This aimed to achieve a more seamless, user-friendly flow for new users. Additionally, I led design efforts for teams focused on cost-cutting initiatives and efficient data management. I also worked collaboratively with designers and front-end developers to maintain a consistent user experience throughout the product. I also played a pivotal role in contributing to the development and enhancement of the Figma atomic design system which ensured a unified and scalable approach to our design processes.

I worked as the lead designer for the company-wide design system built within Figma and Storybook. This involved working with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure 1:1 component creation, documentation, and accessibility standards. I also worked with user researchers to incorporate consumer-first products which involved ideation sessions, interviews, and documenting research. I also redesigned and oversaw the rebrand for the Order Ahead mobile application. Lastly, I worked alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to redesign an internal logistics application that allowed the company to deliver items from warehouses to coffee shops across the United States.

In my role, I designed solutions from concept through launch. My process included incorporating use cases and user feedback to build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications. I also worked alongside the design director and built the initial design system within Figma which included all components and documentation. I also collaborated with product managers, developers, and other designers to create a K-12 communication solution called Thrillshare. Lastly, I mentored a UI/UX design intern.
