Hello, my name is Michelle Clanton, and I am employed at B2B Payroll & HR Solutions as a human resource / payroll specialist for the past year. Having worked mostly in the areas of business, finance, and relations for primarily small business in northern Alabama, I am very familiar with payroll, staff training, recruitment, and policy development. I am also particularly experienced in the areas of strategic advice to operational managers for small business and developing company culture. I have received my Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with her husband, two dogs, and two cats.
