My first book will be published in July. Coaching Young Couch Potatoes; A Game Plan for Raising Responsible Young Adults. Cedar Fort is my publishing partner and I could not be more impressed with their professional skills as we make this book a success. The second book will follow the notion of coaching to greater life and professional skills in a niche that is not very well explored. I believe there is room for conversation and direction for the techniques and skills of interpersonal communication that created effective change in sales, customer service and retention. We easily have relationships with technology; relationships with people are more challenging and remain critical.
