In addition, Mr. Wilson co-founded Charleston Capital Management, an alternative investment asset manager focused on small business loans and factoring transactions. Prior to Charleston Capital Management, he served as Vice President at SouthStar Capital, where he played a pivotal role in originating, structuring, closing and funding over $500 million in factored assets.Beyond his operational roles, Mr. Wilson is actively involved in the factoring industry as a Board Member of the American Factoring Association (AFA), a prominent non-profit organization advocating for the factoring community and engaging with regulatory bodies to drive positive change. His academic background includes B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
