Project Finance: Andrew has represented both sponsors and lenders on project finance transactions across a number of sectors, across mining, infrastructure (including PPPs) and energy, on projects in Australia, Western Europe and in emerging markets in Africa and Eastern Europe. He has significant experience on cross-border project finance transactions in Africa in the mining and power sectors. Corporate Finance: Andrew has acted on a variety of corporate finance transactions, including acquisition facilities, general corporate and working capital facilities, receivables financing and hybrid instruments. He has experience with both lender and borrower roles in this area.Property Finance: Andrew has advised lenders and borrowers on numerous property development and investment finance transactions, in Australia (including assets in WA, Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland) and offshore.

As a member of the Paris Projects team, I acted for lenders and sponsors in a variety of cross-border project finance transactions, with a focus on African energy projects. Parties advised included multilateral financial institutions, export credit agencies, development finance institutions and commercial banks.
