Placed in Cambridge, England with a global exchange program through InterVarsity Link. Partnered with a local ministry to recruit and lead a team of volunteers to support international students at Anglia Ruskin University. We aim to support international students from over 100 nationalities cross-culturally and create spaces for students to grow in community, faith, and peer support as they study abroad. As a part of this role, I partnered with the multi-faith chaplaincy at ARU and served as an associate chaplain for international students.This work requires excellent cross-cultural fluency and willingness to grow and learn while working with an extreme diversity of students from many different nationalities, races, religions, etc. To fund this work I raised 100k annual budget developing strong charitable partnerships with individuals and businesses. My donor networks are USA-based and I successfully maintained and grew my network while living and working overseas.

Empowered student leaders at U of MN Duluth and the College of St. Scholastica to live fuller lives, grow in leadership, and explore their spirituality. My role included leadership coaching, pastoral care, public speaking, writing and giving trainings, and managing relationships with student leaders, faculty, staff, and volunteers across multiple sites. InterVarsity is a student-initiated, staff-supported student ministry excited about best practices in student life and leadership.As a part of this role, I raised over 100k annually to support my work advising students. I used key metrics to identify, qualify, ask, and retain an invested team of individual donors and businesses that financially supported our work with InterVarsity. I regularly met or exceeded fundraising goals and excellently communicated impact and our vision with my donor team.

Trained wilderness canoe guides for multi-day wilderness canoe trips in partnership with camp directors, this included training and practicing risk management, first aid, wilderness canoe guiding skills, and environmental education methods.Located on the edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, our vision was for high school youth to grow in leadership, faith, and feel empowered in a wilderness setting. We did this by providing excellent on and off-trail guest experiences and hospitality.Also assisted in facilities management caring for outdoor recreational equipment, cabins, and a sauna in a semi-off-grid environment.

Youth program internship for the summer with middle and high school youth groups, worked closely with youth pastor and other church leadership for youth group programming, curriculum writing, and also planned and executed multiple week long mission trips in the twin cities area.
