After successfully project managing the creation of the WE Global Learning Centre I was asked by the Executive Director to lead all of the programming inside of it. During that time the WE GLC has been featured in BlogTO, the Global and Mail, Toronto Life, Hello Magazine, and many more. The restoration I oversaw has won two awards, one from Heritage Toronto, and the second a national award from National Trust for Canada. Our programming continues to be world-class as we push the boundaries of what 21st century education looks like. Hear are some of my responsibilities:- Oversee all programming at the WE Global Learning Centre.- Developed, researched and launched the WE Incubation Hub, and oversee all Social Entrepreneurship Programs run out of there. This includes program innovation and development, marketing and candidate applications, mentor recruitment and matching, and program execution.- Co-created the WE Global Classroom. The Global Classroom is an innovative educational space that removes the typical barriers of a four-walled classroom and puts social justice learning in the hands of students from around the world. Students lead their own learning through discussion with thought leaders, affected communities, and influencers. Through the use of Skype technology, students and educators from around the globe are connected for an engaging, intimate, and innovative learning opportunity focused on a relevant and timely social issue. - Floor director and Producer of live events and TV shows held at the WE Global Learning Centre (creating and developing concepts for shows, creating rundowns, determining staffing, scheduling and running technical rehearsals and dress rehearsals, coordinating with other vendors/agencies, calling the show, troubleshooting issues, and running the post mortem).

- Worked directly with the Chief Construction Officer to project manage the $30M+ renovation of WE Charity's new headquarters, the WE Global Learning Centre. This included branding, interior design, vendor selection, construction management, and status reports to the Executive Director and Founders.- Led the change management strategy and execution as 600 employees moved from WE's legacy campus that included 13 offices, into WE's new campus of 3 much larger and more modern offices. This included significant staff engagement activities (presentations at company-wide town halls, open houses, staff hard-hat tours, social media accounts)- Led the logistics and planning of moving 600 employees (some of which had intermediary moves) to new offices (determining department and employee placement, storage, coordinating movers and box rental, communications with all teams).
