• Managed all daily operations and system support of client’s vendor-neutral VMS program (Fieldglass), which generated over $75M in contract spend annually. User community consisted of over 600 hiring managers, 50+ staffing suppliers, and 1200 contract workers throughout North America.• Advised client on Best Practices and methods for improving the overall performance and value of the program.• Developed and delivered VMS training for hiring managers, suppliers, and contractors. • Delivered scheduled and ad-hoc reports (spend, headcount, data audits, etc.) to senior executives regularly.• Provided quarterly review of program/supplier performance through score card metrics.• Monitored and audited vendor compliance with client policies.• Served as escalation point for both managers and suppliers to provide timely problem resolution.

• Serviced accounts throughout Alabama and Florida Panhandle for California based division of Shaw Industries. • Called on various customers in order to determine their flooring needs, and find areas in which we could help them improve upon them. Customers included Flooring Contractors, US Government, Architect/Design firms, and a wide variety of End Users (Hospitals, Property Managers, Banks, Universities, etc)
