During the time spent at Saint Peter's University Hospital's Community Mobile Health Services (CMHS) I ensured the nurses that the patients have all the completed paperwork in order to get screened for blood pressure, blood sugar, H1a1c, cholesterol, Dermascan, and many others at the various sites visited. The remaining time consists of meetings with CHIP and the Steering Committee, which comprises of different community members to create a healthier county across the spectrum of healthcare. • Went to various sites to help provide screenings to the 14,000 patients in need annually• Work coincide with Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) to establish a healthier Middlesex County• Create a semester wide project that increases utilization of the Middlesex Greenway

Neilson Dining hall is a large hall that serves over 1000 students per day. Neilson is known for its large student unit based organization. Opportunities at Neilson Dining hall creates high rewards for hard work and time put in. Starting as a regular student workers teaches students the core responsibilities of working in the restaurant business. Promotions follow with hard work that creates more higher responsibilities. As a student manger, I am in charge of allocating the team on where to work for their shifts. I ensure the team to keep up the daily requirements to keep students happy. Manger duties also include the upkeep of professional and student worker's breaks. Training is a key role as a manger which includes all different roles as a regular worker. • Shift manager responsible for 75 other employees• Responsible for training and acclimating new student workers• In charge of dining hall maintenance before and during shifts• Prepped and served food to 1000+ students per day
