Kate has volunteered with YVT since 2013, first as a chorister parent, then as Chair from 2013-2019. Kate is now a Director for the 2019/2010 season. As Chair, she was responsible for oversight of a seven-Director board and five staff. She led a restructuring of the organization, and a successful search for new Artistic Director. As Chair, Kate dedicated about 30-35 volunteer hours per month (on average). For over 30 years, Young Voices Toronto has been supporting children with a passionate, professional, and unique choral program for them to develop their musical abilities.
