Lead all end-to-end quantitative research engagements across Rocket Mortgage's brand, creative, and real estate agent business areas to support organization-wide brand and product strategy.

Managed and evolved Zwift's international brand health tracking program to drive brand strategy and product development needs. Position terminated in May 2022 as part of a significant restructuring of the company and reduction in workforce.

Partnered with Domino's International Corporate Franchisees to understand their Marketing/Product needs and provided recommendations on the appropriate consumer research to invest in. Leveraged experience in consumer research approaches and methodologies, e.g., customer intercepts, segmentation, concept testing, focus groups, IDIs, customer journeys, etc., to recommend best approach to business/research questions and solve business challenges. Managed primary cross-market research to support Domino's global marketing and product teams.

Led all brand health tracking, advertising effectiveness, and concept/creative testing for the Rocket Mortgage core brands.Partnered with Rocket Mortgage's media agency to identify and deliver holistic brand health and media mixed model insights to senior leadership.Managed primary and vendor-led research in both the brand and product development space.

Managed the installation of GPS devices on 3,000+ fleet vehicles. Used Excel VBA to create and automate vehicle usage reports. Parsed and merged system-generated reports in Excel to create a finalized vehicle list for the launch of GPS device installations on company fleet.

Used SAS to organize and analyze data from IRS tax forms to be used in primary research. Coded data for key variables from historical Virginia land deeds using Microsoft Excel.

Summer project entailed owning the testing, training, and issue-tracking portion of an upgrade to the software package, Manugistics, that is used to perform distribution planning and constrained production planning.Daily role outside of project included acting as a Distribution Resource Planner for a sub set of SKUs; was responsible for maintaining affiliate inventory levels to match demand, determining necessary mode of shipment, working directly with affiliates, and managing appropriate inventory levels to prevent back orders and excess inventory.

Performed global cost analyses on current program outside handles that returned over $900,000 of potential savings. Interfaced with suppliers on a global front to identify cost saving opportunities among outside handles.

Improved inventory data communication accuracy, timing and flow between departments to better manage inventories.
