The framework, written in Ruby, is an asynchronous, state-based component that leverages SNS and SQS to track multi-day, inter-company processes.Acted as primary owner of, implemented improvements to, and expanded functionality of internal Salesforce (RESTforce) integration in Ruby. Improvements resulted in reduction of API requests by a factor of 10, reducing service costs, while enabling the Client Operations team to handle tens of thousands of service requests. -
