Superfly Presents started in the music festival industry as creators and founders of Bonnaroo Music Festival and Outside Lands Music Festival. From those events, the company has grown to produce various scale agency projects working with company's like Netflix, Warner Brothers, Universal, Nike, Bravo, Revolt Festival and many more. It has also explored and become a force in the timed/ ticketed experience space of immersive walk throughs. In that space, the company has produced The Friends Experience with Warner Brothers, The Office Experience with NBC Universal and The Squid Games Trials with Netflix. The VP of creative production is charged with leading the team to bring the visions of the concept to life while balancing the realities of a space/ operational considerations to a project. The team straddles the line between creative and operations.From concepting, to pitching, to RFP's and value engineering all the way through build, the team is involved to ensure our projects are feasible from every phase, on budget and meet the clients operational goals.

Superfly-X was created as a new division which focuses on IP based pop up and flagship immersive and walk through experiences around some of the most Iconic movie and tv shows that have aired. As Senior Creative Director, I lead and oversee the Creative Production team for all projects in the Superfly X division. The Creative Production team starts at ideation and sees projects through install. We are also involved in touring projects, adjusting layouts and overseeing build logistics and install location to location. As lead, I am involved heavily on new concepts which involves pitch meeting presentations. creative evolution including builds but also video, graphics and audio, and heavily involved once fabrication begins reviewing designs and overseeing the onsite layout and build. Superfly X has produced experiences like The Friends Experience which has Toured all over the US and continues to as well as The Office Experience which launched in Chicago in 2021. We have also produced Flagship locations for Friends in New York which is currently operating.

Evolve is an experiential marketing production and logistics services company supporting the worlds greatest agencies and brands since 2010. Evolve specializes in unique and innovative experiential marketing pop-up environments, vehicles, displays, exhibits, kiosks, etc.As Experiential Designer, I lead and over saw creative assets for clients including concepting and ideation, 3d design/renders, and construction documents. As projects moved into production, my role transitioned to overseeing the build and installation of assets at various venues and events. Designs range from large container bar structures to small sampling kiosks and everything in-between.

Warrior Dash 5k Obstacle Mud Run – Lead designer for conceptualizing, drafting, permitting and construction of obstacles for the event attended by 5,000 – 20,000 participants a race, construction manager for regional contractors at the 36+ races in 28+ states, oversee in-house staff of course designers to assure continuity and creativity of courses while staying on budget with onsite builds. Firefly Music Festival – Creative lead, collaborating with both internal/external design teams and contractor to create the aesthetic feel of the festival attended by 75,000 daily through 4 days. Tasks include conceptualizing and creating unique and engaging spaces while staying within budget, establishing project build time frames, conceptualization and creation of onsite built elements and managing onsite fabrication requests through event weekend. New Brand Design – Aiding in new brand development through 3D modeling, drafting, fabrication, and working with 3rd party vendors or contractors to facilitate ideas through to tangible elements. Scope of work includes digital mock ups for marketing/ social media/ web to construction documents and management of build team for onsite fabrications. Sponsorship – Focus on brand integration and proper activation of spaces at our events. Striving to push what is capable for brands to get the most recognition from their builds while finding common grounds between their brand and ours. Marketing – Collaborating with the marketing team to improve onsite-marketing campaigns through design, fabrication and build that enhance peoples experience while enticing them to share it with others. Onsite Event Director – Brands include: Warrior Dash, Iron Warrior Dash (retired), Urban Warrior Dash (retired), Firefly Music Festival, Epic Fail Challenge, American Beer Classic, and Beach Dash 5k (retired).

Graphic Design – Creation and development of marketing elements for print as well as digital ad campaigns. Creation of apparel line to help improve revenue and donation amounts. Negotiate with vendors and oversee the production process to achieve the best result for the 501(c)3 not for profit company. Fundraising Coordinator – Conceptualize new unique fundraising methods that will engage the community. Oversee the design, layout, marketing and organization of events both on property and off. Creator and lead director of 5k race, Dash for the Dogs, generating 200+ participants and $25,000 in revenue through race fees, apparel and sponsorship in its inaugural year.

Facilitated the day to day running of the college sophomore design and fundamental’s studio through the School of Architecture. Responsibilities included explanation and guidance on the professors assigned studio projects, daily desk critiques of students work, hosting office hours for students to meet and discuss work outside of studio time, final critique of work and grading of projects for 20+ students each semester over 4 semesters.

Worked under project architect and office manager to aid in the design and construction phase. Created and edited construction documents for high end residential buildings and small commercial units under the guidance of project architect.

Greater Chicago Area

Office Design work – Hand drafting and rendering of spaces for clients under guidance of lead designer. Spaces include yard gardens and landscapes, Hardscape paving and woodworking, and rooftop build outs. Fieldwork – Demolition, fabrication and installation of landscaping as well as custom build outs with materials including pavers, decking, canopies, planter boxes and irrigation systems to create a functional haven for the resident to enjoy the outdoors.
