Interviews indicated that there was short term memory issues played a dramatic role on the impact of quality of life for both the TBI patient and their caregiver. • Business strategy development focused on using the Lean Startup Model and validating assumptions. First priority was identifying size of possible addressable market. • Develop Go to Market strategy. Managing product position through building partnerships in the cognitive impairment arena. Our initial customer targets are combat veterans suffering traumatic brain injury and those they are connected with.• Performing scrum master responsibilities for the agile development of the app. Managing aspects of design and cloud infrastructure requirements. • Handling release schedule for product updates and feature capabilities based on priority list and existing backlog.
