Jordan Energy (JE) is a financier and developer of commercial size, solar Photovoltaic projects.• Responsible for writing JE’s business plan, creating pitch documents and leading investment meetings, which resulted in increasing VC contributions by 55% from JE’s first round of fundraising.• Enabled JE to become a solar PV financier and developer by creating company’s first comprehensive financial forecasts for 3 different deal structures, evaluating financial viability of all projects, and managing relationships with financing entities.• Developed and executed JE’s sales process therefore building the framework for JE’s future sales efforts. Responsibilities included creating all of JE’s sales documents, templates, and tools.• Created and was responsible for JE’s individual project development tracking tool as well as sales and company financial tracking tools allowing JE to gain efficiency in the sales process.• Led NY and CT state grant writing process wining 8 of 9 grants valued at over $1.5M.• Collaborated with customers, engineers, construction firms, utilities and state grant entities in leading the execution of project development steps for JE.

Notre Dame student volunteer initiative in collaboration with Invisible Children to create an entrepreneurship center on the campus of the Lacor Secondary School in Uganda.• Managed the sourcing of computer technology and solar power for the center to be opened in summer 2012.• Developed entrepreneurial education programs for young adults with the support of Entrepreneurial Finance Lab, Acumen Fund, and Invisible Children.

Notre Dame inspired Fellow Irish Social Hub (FISH) is an independent social venture incubator designed to identify, develop and implement socially innovative ideas into for-purpose enterprises and to maximize their impact on society.• Directly support seed stage social ventures through the market research, proof of concept, and business model/plan development phase.• Perform outreach to various stakeholders on campus including student and academic groups.

Creation Investments is an alternative investment management company committed to fighting global poverty through direct, for-profit investments in businesses which promote economic development. Creation Investments Capital Management, LLC currently manages Creation Investments Social Venture Fund I, a private equity fund which makes control equity investments in Microfinance Institutions, Small-and-Medium Enterprise lenders and Other Social Ventures in emerging markets seeking to maximize financial and social returns on investment.• Evaluated and updated CI’s financial and social metrics reporting system to meet Impact Reporting and Investment Standards and investigated potential the Global Impact Investing Rating System.• Built a financial model for CI’s second social impact fund with the fund manager’s guidance.• Performed due diligence on potential Microfinance Institution investments in Asia.

Community Enterprise Solutions ("CE Solutions"), a US Not for Profit 501 (c) (3), is a social entrepreneurship innovation incubator and implementation mechanism. CE Solutions creates access where there was none and jobs where there were none. They empower self-sufficient business and educational entrepreneurs to create sustainable impact in developing world communities. They work with our strategic partners and local constituents to both identify long-standing, economic, health and educational needs and design and execute innovative solutions. CE Solutions changes "obstacles into opportunities" by converting traditional relief solutions into high-impact and locally owned and managed social enterprises and institutions. They work from the ground up creating engines of development that continually raise peoples' standards of living.• Recruited, trained, and supported 13 local entrepreneurs and 3 microfranchises by collaborating with Guatemalan leadership as we worked within the MCM. • Devised and implemented solutions to problems and needs identified while working with local leadership to maintain sustainability within 6 locally owned and managed social tourism businesses. • Developed sustainable projects for our education initiative, which offers computer classes and afterschool programs to 110 youth in an indigenous town, by working with local leadership and teachers.

Social Entrepreneur Corps is a social enterprise that leads innovative and dynamic international internship, volunteering, consulting and insight travel programs. Social Entrepreneur Corps participants learn from and work side-by-side with renowned international and local social entrepreneurs in Latin America. SE Corps currently offer programs in Guatemala, Ecuador and Nicaragua. • Led and managed 50 university students during summer internships. I utilized servant leadership to guide interns as they achieved personal and project goals through their work with CE Solutions and its local initiatives.• Guided and collaborated with 4 long-term interns as they developed sustainable projects such as a peanut butter business and an earth day program for our education center as well as a coal project for our social business.

• Worked in 4 regions of Guatemala assisting CE Solutions in its mission to design and implement innovative, practical, and effective entrepreneurial and educational solutions with and for rural communities. • Adopted various problem-solving strategies that social entrepreneurs utilize for effective development work during general development discussions and extensive field-based learning.
