New Voices Foundation's mission is the improve the education of children with severe communication and physical disabilities. We build awareness of their potential and provide assessment tools, access to assistive technology, training and resources to educators and support professionals. We advocate for the least dangerous assumption to foster an attitude of competence for these children. The ability to communicate is a fundamental human right. Every child should be given the opportunity to fulfill their highest potential.

Provide perspective to the North Carolina Assistive Technology Program regarding what is happening in the disability community regarding trends, emerging issues, and other issues. Also review annual reports and offer suggestions to improve organizational results.

The North Carolina Statewide Independent Living Council is dedicated to the promotion of the Independent Living movement for people with disabilities.

Positions included: Site Operations Finance Manager, Manager of Asset Management and Business Controls, Financial Planner for Development. Also worked in Marketing during the heyday of PC. Planned logistics of IBM's first foray into trade shows and establishment of the dealer network. Hired in out of high school and worked my way through the ranks while earning a college degree.
