I plan and execute communication and content creation strategies for interfaces (UX Writing) for diferent digital products an services as DIRECTV voice channel, (Conversational Design), LATAM e-business and StarMeUp: emails, notifications, validations, error messages, empty states, among others, in SPANISH and ENGLISH. I take part in making decisions related to the product, as well as in the definition and elaboration of a style manual and a design system. I intervene in the complete development cycle of certain features, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in the design of the user experience from the content. I design, together with the design and development teams, the iterative prototyping of some product screens. I analyze qualitative and quantitative information to detect and solve content problems. I design and propose navigation schemes: User flows. I define usability guidelines and tell on this matter, both in their development and maintenance stages.

I worked freelance, together with a UX designer and a developer, for different types of clients. My main responsibilities had to do with the analysis, management and design of web content; the preparation of reports; competitive benchmarking; advice on usability and accessibility; and advice on defining the identity of different products and services.

Internally coordinated the digital content team of the University (4 people in charge); I carried out the planning, execution, control, supervision and closure of several web projects; I worked with and coordinated multidisciplinary teams of designers, publicists, layout designers and developers, both inside and outside the University; I planned and executed communication and content creation strategies for the website, landings, and social networks; supervised and followed up on different promotional and advertising actions and campaigns in different digital media; I participated in the construction of institutional narratives; I carried out the advice of internal clients and gave workshops on digital presence and digital communication.
