In 2016 the Easternwell material control / equipment repair role, which had previously been primarily warehouse based, was merged into a more inventory focused role, directly reporting to the inventory manager and offering the opportunity to take on new job functions while still retaining all previously stated responsibilities. This was accompanied by a transfer to Easternwell’s parent company, Broadspectrum services and the opportunity to work in a consulting capacity on other Broadspectrum contracts.This role involved the undertaking of all Easternwell site based stock audits, with the aim of reconciling physical stock levels with systems stock levels to ensure stock accuracy.
