I hold a CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) certification from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).My current areas of interest include the intersection of user experience (UX) and universal design, and the impact of emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain on user experience and society. I have worked with clients from various industries, such as financial services, healthcare, government, education, energy, manufacturing, defense, and electronics, to help them create seamless and engaging experiences for their users. I have also published multiple papers and won awards for my original and innovative research on non-visual hypermedia systems, usability testing, and UX strategy.
