Implemented and managed finance systems for ANP with WWF, ensuring compliance. Produced reports for statutory obligations and contributed to WWF's Global Reporting system using quantitative data and text analysis for KPIs. Developed accounting systems, collaborated with external accountants, and facilitated annual budget growth from 330K to 1730K over 5 years. Provided guidance for financial and operational activities, including fundraising and 75 conservation projects, often co-financed by the EU, foundations, the corporate sector, and the Portuguese government. Developed a unified branding and communication strategy, while establishing metrics dashboards and budgets for comprehensive evaluation with both financial and non-financial indicators (satisfaction levels, school dropout rates, cultural and pedagogical initiatives, and brand recognition).

Led concept design and development of project ideas and strategies, forming partnerships, and securing funding from European, and Portuguese government, and foundations programs. Coordinated diverse project teams with a focus on innovation, results orientation, scalability, and capacitation, often collaborating with multiple players and managing projects with a transnational dimension.Two projects highlighted: a) Launched in 2001, Banco de Tempo (www.bancodetempo.net) remains operational with approximately 30 local branches across Portugal. Inspired by Italian and Spanish models, it was designed to combine social franchising and a network platform, facilitating the transfer of resources, networking, and experience sharing. b) Vamos Utopiar (Let’s Make Utopia) was created under the Community initiative EQUAL to tackle “racial and ethnic discrimination.” Allying with five organizations with diverse experiences, target groups, and methodologies, the project successfully yielded tangible and intangible outcomes. It empowered strategies of cooperation, offered training resources for community leaders, and encouraged group networking.Co-author of four publications about gender: “Work life Balance – what do men and women say”, Graal (2010), “Between Us, equals - Plan for Gender Equality”, Esdime (2010), “What Needs to Change for Gender Balance?
