• Manages the full cycle of bilingual recruitment (FR/EN) for the Finance, Capital Markets and Global Banking & Advisory departments by acting as a strategic and advisory partner for managers• Takes a proactive approach in recruiting, qualifying and identifying candidates and develops and maintains a solid network of contacts to facilitate the acquisition of high-potential talent• Is responsible for developing, facilitating and implementing recruitment policies and procedures, covering each phase of the recruitment process• Creates and manages talent pipelines for all types of roles within the organization• Identifies and assesses the skills, knowledge and abilities of external and internal candidates to conduct a function through an initial interview• Writes and presents market studies as well as recruitment reports to senior management and hiring managers• Manages candidates from external agencies, oversees presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and all administrative aspects of recruitment• Participates in career fairs to gain visibility on campus and maximize recruiting potential
