Prepare financial models for regular valuation updates of Projects in management portfolio. Collaborate with in-house technical team and external equity sponsors to develop robust economic and technical forecasts. Develop financial models to understand the short-term operational and long-term strategic impact of capital budgeting and investment decision making for projects under management . Prepare and present finance results for projects at quarterly Board of Director meetings. Construct annual budgets and long-term forecasts for Projects under management for distribution to key stakeholders Provide in-depth variance analysis on changes in financial statement line items and coverage ratios. Oversee financial reporting for Project portfolio. Perform final review of month end close as well as quarterly and annual financial statements for external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with complex accounting issues. Assist in completion of annual corporate budget for consolidation at head office. Develop updated forecasts using operating results and projected business growth with sensitivity to performance targets. Work with head office to set new targets for upcoming year, linking to corporate strategy. Act as primary liaison to external creditors, maintaining vital relationships and ensuring completion and timely delivery of compliance reporting requirements, in adherence with lending agreements. Perform financial analysis for creditors highlighting the impact of Project works on resiliencies and ratios, mitigating the risk of project lock-up or default.
