Vp Of Fixed OperationsThe Collection Auto Group Apr 2013 - Apr 2015Cleveland, Ohio, UsWith a special focus on eCommerce and pre-owned operations, I joined the Collection Auto Group in April of 2013 as their VP of Operations. Working across multiple manufacturer programs and processes - and 9 individual dealership locations, I was responsible for growing pre-owned sales across the company, and creating an in-house digital marketing team to support the sales efforts of the entire dealership group.Minimizing digital marketing vendors and moving critical processes to the in-house digital marketing team, we were able to grow year-over-year pre-owned sales volume by over 60% and annual gross profits by $3.5M.In late 2014, Collection Auto Group transitioned its corporate identity to Bernie Moreno Companies, and I transitioned my responsibilities from pre-owned sales and digital marketing to the service and parts departments as the VP of Fixed Operations.
