The Director of Development is responsible for creating industry partnerships and building relationships with NAGR's most important donors and lifetime members by sharing the accomplishments of the organization with them.

It is the responsibility of the Deputy Director of Field Operations to help set the goals for the Field Team and work with the Director of Field Operations to ensure the goals are achieved. The DD must also oversee the instruction and improvement of their staff and ensure all members are growing and learning, and ensure all workflow processes are running accordingly.

A Regional Director for the National Association for Gun Rights is the on-the-ground presence in one of the four national regions, and is responsible for executing the day to day field operations of the organization.
