Similarly, I worked with legal professionals to design what we feel is the world's leading 360 feedback tool for law firms.With over 25 years of coaching experience and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching, I am often called upon to coach high-potential managers or those with a specific development need, such as presentation confidence, imposter syndrome, or generalised anxiety. I am the author of "Psychology and Organisations" and numerous articles and peer-reviewed papers. I am well versed in organisational behaviour and can use various psychometric tools to support leadership training and executive coaching. Having led the EMEA HR services team for a global corporation, held a leadership team position in Further Education and started my career in retail management, I have many years of leadership experience to draw upon.
