I am a senior sales professional engaged in helping companies to take business advantage from digital transformation challenge.I daily work with customers and prospects based on my territory, building new opportunities to support their business processes. My job is focused on leading and coordinating structured sales teams supported by platform sales and consulting delivery professionals, to manage the sales cycle in complex and competitive scenarios:The main activities I carry out daily are:•improve relationship with customers at management and “C” level both with ICT department and process owners; •discover, understand and address business needs to propose the appropriate solution;•coordinate the sales team in delivering all we need to prove the solution value;•obtain the buy in by both business users and IT people;•address procurement cycles passing trough their typical steps: economic negotiation, Legal & Contracts approvals and deal closing.During my work I spend a significant time in developing and enforcing relationship with the major firms of Business Consulting and Global System Integration.
