My education and experience as a basketball coach and referee, including working with renowned coach Jim Boehiem for three summers, have helped me to develop strong interpersonal skills that have proven effective in training and mentoring colleagues and customers using Datto’s products and services.During my time with Datto, I have supported an array of the company’s SaaS and data back-up products and services to a broad range of customers, including large corporate enterprises, medium and small businesses, and resellers. On a day-to-day basis, I play an integral role in our customers’ success. Since April 2023, I have been engaged with clients using our Backupify® utility to securely back up their data. Our customers are primarily businesses using Google Workplace and Office 365 platforms for their day-to-day operations.When I first joined the company as a Level I Product Support Expert, I was successful in closing more than 100 trouble tickets per month, resolving a quarter of them on the day they were issued. My average resolution time of less than 10 days was one of the best among my team members.This led to me being assigned to work with Datto’s “Blue Diamond Partners,” which consist of the company’s Top 2% of customers, based on annual revenue. I developed customer relationships, trained end users on product features, and generally worked to ensure customer satisfaction.
