I've been a member or leader of two-pizza teams of software engineers since 2010, with management and HR responsibilities since 2016. I grew through roles from team member to tech lead to cross-team lead before I shifted to management. My roles have been DevOps focused, with responsibilities for engineering and operations alike. I hold a high bar for build and deployment automation, including testing.My two-pizza teams have been scrum or scrum-like, with me as the leader of most scrum ceremonies (standup, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demo, sprint retro).
