With over 35 years of experience in the technology industry, I am passionate about helping companies grow their revenue and market share. Here is a brief summary:Klaxoon, was a new entrant white board collaboration tool wanting to expand into the North American market. We signed up over a dozen new resellers and re-established relationships with several dormant ones. Unfortunately, funding for the company fell through and we were shut down in 2023. I am currently a consultant with the company.BlueJeans I developed strategic alliances with Dolby, Microsoft, Facebook and Poly. Growing revenue in two years from zero to over $8m when I left the company in 2020. Also, helped to position the company for acquisition by Verizon for for under $400M, deal closed 4/2020.Huddly, designs camera solutions for conferencing systems. When I joined the company I designed their initial channel program, signed their first distribution and reseller partners and closed 2 OEM relationships with Poly and Panasonic. I was recruited away to join Bluejeans by venture firm NVP.Lifesize, during my 13 year tenure with the company I held the following leadership positions at various times. Positions included SVP Corporate Development, Business Development, Strategic Alliance and NA CRO. Revenue grew from zero in 2005 to over $119 million when I departed in 2017. In my role as SVP Business Development I helped to position the company for acquisition by Logitech for $405M, acquired in 2009. As founder of Telverse Communications I had a vision of delivering virtual PBX solutions from the cloud. Telverse was the first nationally available UCaaS offering in North America. I grew the company from 1 employee in 2000 to over 58 in 2003. I sold the company to Lumen technologies for approximately $30M and $2M in retention bonuses, acquired in 2003.ViaVideo, start-up videoconferencing company developing a new hardware solution for video conferencing in 1997. Before the first product came off the assembly line I helped position the company to be sold to Polycom for $52M.
